Essentially, a HomeDelivery
TM residence is created in boxes, or modules, constructed off-site in our state-of-the-art factory then transported to the building lot where they are finally assembled into a home by a specialized construction team. This idea is not new, Sears pioneered the concept, successfully selling over 100,000 “modular” homes in the early 1900’s.
Since then, the technology of off-site construction has been successful in many markets opting for a worry-free, timely alternative to on-site building. With today’s optimistic housing trends, on-site building is not without consequences. Lack of trades, rising costs, unrealistic deadlines and weather delays are just some of the traditional drawbacks easily alleviated with off-site construction.
HomeDelivery
TM has refined a proven modular construction model, maintaining its advantages while adding necessary attributes that have since been overlooked. A variety of home styles including multi-story plans, superior quality to satisfy a wider range of building codes and improved design for optimum curb-appeal are just a few of the improvements that set our homes apart.
